A cobertura \u00e9 v\u00e1lida para os benefici\u00e1rios das segmenta\u00e7\u00f5es ambulatorial, hospitalar e refer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a ANS, a maioria dos testes incorporados j\u00e1 eram de cobertura obrigat\u00f3ria. Mas n\u00e3o estavam listados no Rol de Procedimentos ou, quando inclu\u00eddos, n\u00e3o contemplavam casos suspeitos e prov\u00e1veis da doen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Exames com cobertura para o diagn\u00f3stico e tratamento do novo coronav\u00edrus:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00edmero D (dosagem):<\/strong> Auxilia no diagn\u00f3stico da trombose venosa profunda e tem papel importante na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos pacientes com Covid-19.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Procalcitonina (dosagem):<\/strong> Recomendado para investiga\u00e7\u00f5es em pacientes graves de Covid-19. Auxilia na distin\u00e7\u00e3o entre quadros severos e mais brandos da doen\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pesquisa r\u00e1pida e PCR em tempo real para Influenza A e B:<\/strong> Podem ser realizados em pacientes graves para diferenciar o diagn\u00f3stico entre Covid-19 e S\u00edndrome Respirat\u00f3ria Aguda Grave (SARS).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pesquisa r\u00e1pida e PCR em tempo real para V\u00edrus Sincicial Respirat\u00f3rio (VSR):<\/strong> Utilizado para identificar o v\u00edrus VSR em crian\u00e7as com infec\u00e7\u00e3o viral grave respirat\u00f3ria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pesquisa por RT-PCR:<\/strong> Desde o dia 13 de mar\u00e7o, os planos de sa\u00fade s\u00e3o obrigados a cobrir o exame Pesquisa por RT-PCR.
