Em m\u00e9dia, os primeiros sintomas aparecem em torno de 5 dias, podendo variar de 1 a 14 dias. O paciente apresenta, geralmente: febre maior que 37,8\u00b0C, tosse, falta de ar, fadiga, dor muscular e diarreia (raro).<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h3>Diagn\u00f3stico da doen\u00e7a<\/h3>\n<p>O diagn\u00f3stico para Covid-19 tem sido feito por meio de dois testes laboratoriais: RT-PCR em tempo real ou exames sorol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>RT-PCR em tempo real (qRT-PCR)<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A t\u00e9cnica RT-PCR em tempo real (qRT-PCR) \u00e9 considerada o principal m\u00e9todo para identificar o novo coronav\u00edrus, pois \u00e9 capaz de detecta-lo ainda no in\u00edcio da doen\u00e7a. Para o teste, normalmente, \u00e9 recolhido uma amostra de secre\u00e7\u00e3o da nasofaringe (parte nasal da faringe).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel haver resultados falso-negativos quando a coleta \u00e9 feita precocemente (antes do terceiro dia) ou em fase mais avan\u00e7ada da doen\u00e7a (depois do s\u00e9timo dia).<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>Exames Sorol\u00f3gicos<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>J\u00e1 os exames sorol\u00f3gicos detectam anticorpos espec\u00edficos (IgG e IgM) contra o Sars-Cov-2 ou ant\u00edgenos do v\u00edrus em nosso sangue.
